Method of payment

The B2C consumer can pay for the goods by cash on delivery, money order or via the Internet with VISA, Maestro or MasterCard payment cards that support payment via the Internet.

  • Cash on delivery payment – handing over the money to the courier at the moment of receiving the package.
  • By payment slip – payment in a bank, post office or through a bank application
  • Card payment – prior registration is required for card payment. When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as the current state-of-the-art cryptographic technology. Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s website. The payment card data is not available to our system for a single moment. Data entry and verification are exclusively performed between the card user and Intesa Bank, and the Internet merchant has no insight into the data being exchanged. All payments will be made in dinars (RDS). If payment is made with payment cards issued by foreign banks, the dinar amount of the transaction will be converted into the Bank’s settlement currency (EUR) according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When debiting your payment card, the already converted amount will be converted into your local currency, according to the exchange rate applied by payment card operators.
