B2C · The Seller undertakes to deliver the purchased goods to the Consumer by sending the goods through a courier service, with which he has concluded an Agreement on the provision of express services in internal traffic.

B2B · The seller undertakes to deliver the purchased goods to the consumer by sending the goods via a courier service or by personal delivery to the client’s address.

Shipping is free for all orders.

After receiving the order from the Consumer, the Internet Sales Service of the company Maruška d.o.o. checks the availability and correctness of items. If the ordered items are available, a confirmation of receipt of the order is sent to the Consumer and the delivery deadlines begin. If the ordered item is not in stock, the Consumer will be notified by phone or email. The consumer will be informed by phone about the delivery time by the courier service.

B2C · The deadline for delivery of available products from the warehouse is 2-3 working days from the first day following the day the order is placed by the consumer. Package deliveries are made only on working days, i.e. Packages are not delivered on weekends and public holidays. We ask for your understanding for possible delays in delivery, as delivery depends on external services.

The package is delivered in accordance with the requirements of the B2B Consumer.
