The Government of Serbia will allocate one million euros to support women’s entrepreneurship, Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić announced at the round table “Women’s Entrepreneurship – Potential for Development” organized by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce. At the round table in Kovačica, the great potential of female entrepreneurship was pointed out, which has not been fully utilized. President Association of business women „Nadežda Petrović“ from Čačka, Maruška Topalović she addressed a question to the Prime Minister about the necessity of better presentation and the inclusion of local companies in the foreign market, as well as about the tender procedure, to which the Prime Minister pointed out that EU standards and regulations must be respected and that many rules that do not apply to them apply to our products and companies valid. The general terms of business of the Internet store are determined by the terms of purchase and sale of products, which are realized by Studio Maruška d.o.o. (hereinafter: “Seller”). The general business conditions of the Internet store are determined in more detail by area, which you can access by clicking on the desired area, and all in accordance with the valid Consumer Protection Act and the international code of electronic business. The general terms of business define the activity of the Internet store, user rights and the business relationship between the seller and the customer.

Cancellation of purchase
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days from the moment the goods arrive in the country of the consumer, i.e. a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, without giving reasons and additional costs (hereinafter: withdrawal from contract). The consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract by making a statement on a special form for withdrawing from a contract concluded at a distance, i.e. outside the business premises or in another unambiguous way (hereinafter: withdrawal form). The declaration of withdrawal from the contract in the case of a distance contract is considered timely if it is sent to the seller within the period referred to in paragraph 1. of this article. The declaration of withdrawal from the contract produces legal effect from the day it is sent to the seller. The burden of proving that he acted in accordance with the provisions of this article, in order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, is on the consumer. The consumer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the goods he returns, which occurs as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, that is, exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. The amount of the completed purchase is paid exclusively to the customer’s current account.

In case of returning goods or refund to the customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, Studio Maruška d.o.o. is obliged to make the refund via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank, at the seller’s request, will refund the funds to the card user’s account or return the paid funds to the customer’s current account.

Complaints, appeals, and objections (on items that are the subject of online purchase) can be submitted by consumers to the email address info@maruska.rs, to the phone number 032381990 (working days from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) and by regular mail to the address Topalovića 10, 32212 Preljina, Čačak.

Within two working days, the seller will confirm that the complaint has been received. Within 8 days from the day of receipt of the complaint, the seller will inform the consumer in writing or electronically about the decision (accepted or rejected consumer complaint regarding the conformity of the article) regarding the complained of item, as well as the possible way to resolve the complaint in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection (refund, corresponding price reduction, replacement or repair of the item). The complaint will be resolved within 15 days from the day the complaint is received.
